Automations
Run a small handler on a trigger — a schedule, a web call, or an event.

An automation runs a small handler when a trigger fires. It is the lightest way to connect the platform to something of your own.
| Trigger | Fires when |
|---|---|
| A rule fired | A named rule proposed its action. |
| A standing changed | A watched thing moved between allowed, take a look, and block. |
| A review closed | A person approved, changed, or declined a held action. |
| A schedule | The time you set arrives. |
| A feed run finished | A scheduled pull completed, with its record count. |
Safe by default. An automation that reaches your systems does so through a bound connector, and a sensitive action is held for a person the same way a rule’s is.
