    What you will own

    The framework content: crosswalks, control mappings, and the evidence an auditor actually accepts.

    What we are looking for

    • You have taken an organisation through SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and can tell the difference between a control that passes and a control that works.
    • You can read a regulation and write what it means for an engineer in a paragraph.
    • You are comfortable saying a claim is not supportable yet.

    What you will own

    The path an event takes from a customer system to a decision, and keeping it boring under load.

    What we are looking for

    • You have run something with a hard correctness requirement and a real error budget.
    • You reach for a test before you reach for a dashboard.
    • You think idempotency is one of the more interesting problems in the job.

    What you will own

    The surfaces where somebody decides whether to trust what the platform just did.

    What we are looking for

    • You write the frontend you design, and you have opinions about both.
    • You build accessibility in as you go, and you can say why each choice works.
    • You can make dense information calm.

    What you will own

    Getting customers to a working rule set, and bringing back what the product got wrong.

    What we are looking for

    • You are happy in someone else's codebase on day one.
    • You can hold a room that contains both a security lead and a developer.
    • You write down what you learned so it reaches the roadmap.
